Alternate Payment Options:

PayPal - This option is available to all customers. You do not have to open a PayPal account to use this method. This method is available on our checkout pages. If you already have a PayPal account, you can Email us with your order and PayPal information. We will respond to you with an order confirmation and then complete your order once we receive your PayPal payment.
Email - This option is available to all customers. This method is available on the checkout pages. There is an email link with instructions on how to complete an email order. You will have to cut & paste information from our site into your email applicaiton. Fill in the appropriate information and forward to the email address listed. Once we receive an Email order, we will reply with a confirmation.
U.S. Mail - This option is good for those that do not have a Credit Card or just don't like sending their information over the Internet. We accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks made payable to: Padgett & Associates, Inc. Please note that we will hold your order until your payment has cleared our bank. Do Not Send Cash! To complete this process simply fill out our Order Form and mail it along with your Credit Card information or Check to us at 7870 Stow Road, Hudson, OH 44236. As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmation invoice.
Fax - Again, this option is good for those that do not have a Credit Card or just don't like sending their information over the Internet. Please complete the Order Form and Fax it to (877) 682-4905. Please remember to include your payment information. As soon as we receive your order we will Email or Fax you a confirmation invoice.

Ship-to Address:

It is our policy that the shipping address and the billing address on your credit card match. If they do not, it WILL hold up your order until we can verify your information is correct. Again, if the ship-to and bill-to addresses do not match, there WILL be a hold up in processing your order. We are required by our bank to verify all card transactions to avoid fraud. This is for your safety as well as ours.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated per unit of weight. Our current shipping charges are $0.60 per pound. For example, a 10 lb. package will incurr a $6 shipping charge. Shipping weight and actual weight may differ. Due to the oversize packaging of the spoiler boxes these products are calculated as 30 lbs even though they weigh approximately 10 lbs.

Sales Tax:

Many of our customers are not required to pay sales tax on their purchases. This can represent a significant savings! However, due to applicable tax laws, CustomPartsPlus is required to collect sales taxes in the State of Ohio based on your county of residence. It is incumbant upon our Ohio customers to add their appropriate sales tax to their order total.
